Fantastic experience using Walden Sweeps last weekend. Paddy came recommended by our boiler service man who said 'he's friendly, helpful and honest' and we are in complete agreement. We've moved to a new house and had two wood and coal burners that hadn't been swept for a couple of years and after cleaning them and leaving the rooms spotless Paddy explained the most effective way to use the stoves, which was a great help to us. An efficient, relaxed, friendly man who is also very dog friendly. Will definitely call Paddy again and are happy recommending him.

I cannot recommend Paddy highly enough. Great cheerful service, very informative and helpful. As well as cleaning the chimneys for my 2 burners, he has done some repairwork on one of the burners and replaced a broken glass pane for me. Excellent, efficient, honest and competitively priced service.

Paddy sweeps my chimney twice a year for me as I use my large Clearview stove continually; I feel the cold more than ever now that I'm over 80. Paddy is always punctual, his work is clean and he never makes a mess, even though my stove gets very dirty. His prices are very reasonable and nothing is too much trouble for him. Last time he came he replaced some of the firebricks in the stove by cutting some new ones and he cleaned the glass up in the door very nicely. We always have a nice chat and a cup of tea whilst he is working. Paddy seems to always have time for people, I cannot praise him highly enough and would recommend him to anyone. He is a thoroughly nice chap!
